education and outreach: mentor program, a school-to-work activity for high school students involving mentoring sessions and joint concerts. Young peoples concerts, free concerts for area 4th, 5th and 6th graders to build an interest in music.
marketing: increases awareness in the community of our existence and helps increase sales. Development: to approach individuals, foundations and companies for donations grants, etc. , to bring in funding.
