Mission: Providing innovation and learning in land and property reforms to move from widespread awareness and initial progress to widespread knowledge and sustained success in securing land rights and promoting efficient access to land in developing countries.
Programs: We provide strategic and technical advisory services to firms, other ngos, governments, and multilateral organizations working on projects involving international land policy, tenure and security. We write position papers to help shape innovations and provoke change in practice. We prepare proposals for and will engage in implementation of alliance initiatives (initiatives carried out collaboratively with local and global organizations) to develop, test or assess innovative approaches.
