certified nursing assistant program. Initiated in 2014, the cna program provides employment opportunities for members of the hawaii island community. The program includes a certified instructor, hands on instruction with actual equipment and supplies used on the job as well as on-line testing from a national cna certification company. During 2014, 28 students were certified.
