Mission: The kruckeberg botanic garden foundation is dedicated to sustaining the legacy of the kruckeberg gardens by demonstrating how plants enrich our lives and our community. The foundation maintains a rare plant nursery in order to provide education for adults and children through classes, summer camps and outreach teaching at local schools.
Programs: Through the generous support of the community, the foundation can maintain, preserve and enhance the botanical garden and its collections. This enables the horticultural staff to propagate rare and unusual plants collected by the founders of the garden. This allows us to offer plants for sale, teach classes on propagation, rare plant care, and sustainable horticultural practices.

community events are a focus for the garden through family oriented activities such as solstice stroll, leprechaun hunts, garden tots and summer camps.
