Causes: Children & Youth
Mission: To enrich the lives of at-risk youths from ages 6 to 18 through educational, athletic and social program support.
Programs: The kevin durant charity foundation is a participant in college track, a renowned college completion program that empowers students from underserved communities to graduate from college. During 2017, the foundation was renovating its educational facility and selecting students for this program. College track enables students to graduate from college thru the use of the durant center, a new state of the art educational facility in suitland, md. 60+ students from suitland hs will enter the program this year. Under the college track program students graduate from college at a rate that is more than double the national average for low-income and first-generation students.
team durant youth basketball: created to encourage and promote high level youth development by providing educational, athletic, and personal growth.
build it and they will ball: an annual program that works to build or renovate basketball courts and make them accessible to underprivileged youth across the united states and internationally.
grants & holiday program: a donation to help homeless children that are part of positive tomorrows.
