( the "qualified organization") in furtherance of the qualified organization's efforts to construct and operate a single master control facility for the advancement of public television and radio broadcasting systems throughout the united states.
to provide operational and technical assistance to the qualified organization in furtherance of the qualified organization's efforts to establish a single consolidated programming storage system and a single consolidated programming and underwriting traffic system for use by public television and radio broadcasting systems throughout the united states.
to oversee the establishment, operation and maintenance of a centrally accessible programming storage system, for the use by the qualified organization and its affiliate radio and television stations, as well as other public radio and television broadcasting systems located within the united states, in furtherance of the qualified organization's and such other broadcasting systems' charitable and educational purposes.
