Mission: The jkv auxiliary is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to giving residents opportunity to volunteer to help and enhance the lives of their fellow residents and the community
Programs: All items sold in the grocery and gift shops have been purchased by the auxiliary and sold to residents, visitors, and employees of john knox village as a service to them. All items sold in the thrift shop have been contributed to the auxiliary and substantially all the workers are volunteers who are not compensated. All of the income generated by the auxiliary is used for the benefit of john knox village, health career scholarships, or local community service projects.
