Causes: Federated Giving Programs, Philanthropy
Mission: The jewish federation of pinellas and pasco counties engages in services, activities, and fundraising initiatives that activate our six key areas of operation: israel education and advocacy; information resource and referral; community education planning and partnership; building jewish identity and culture; caring for our most vulnerable; and israel program support.
Programs: Allocations and program expenses support the following: israel education and advocacy (e. G. Jcrc, fed fellows israel trips); information resource and referral (e. G. Jewish press, community calendar); community education planning and partnership (e. G. Demographic study); building jewish identity and culture (e. G. Hillels of fl suncoast, jewish war vets, florida holocaust museum, camp scholarships, israel independence day, jewish community camp); caring for our most vulnerable (e. G. Jewish burial society, gcjfcs, menorah manor, benjamin tower); and israel program support (e. G. Birthright israel, ethiopian national project, leket israel).
