the jewish federation serves as the umbrella organization for all other jewish centered programs and organizations within broome county new york. It raises funds on an annual campaign basis for jfna and other national and local organizations. These funds are allocated after intensive scrutiny and discussions by an allocations committee and board of directors.
the endowment fund's goal is to raise consciousness and to encourage gifts to the federation and to oversee investments.
