Programs: The operating assets of jefferson memorial hospital, inc. Were sold to health management associates, inc. Effective october 1, 2011. Accordingly, all hospital operations ceased effective that date. All remaining assets and liabilities were merged into mercy health partners, inc. On december 31, 2012.
