Mission: Our mission is to use the transformational qualities of music to positively impact the lives of at-risk youth in the East St. Louis and the surrounding area. By providing appropriate resources and familiar role models, we work to help build self-esteem, instill self-confidence, and inspire a life-long love of music from all cultures.
