Mission: Ideas in action inc. Hosts an event called tedxbeaconstreet where the emphasis will be on bringing together world-class speakers to help educate and inspire young people and also as a service to the community in general. The organization has obtained two separate event licenses from ted for our conference: one for tedxbeaconstreetyouth , and one for the rest of our tedxbeaconstreet programming. The entire experience will showcase the community's most illuminating thinkers, innovative minds, and captivating figures. Tedxbeaconstreet is named for the street that stretches from the state house and downtown boston through brookline and newton. It is both a reflection and a celebration of the new england region that works across boundaries and across generations. The theme of tedxbeaconstreet is ideas in action.
