Causes: Employment, Job Training
Mission: Human resources development foundation (hrdf) was organized to receive and manage contributions, grants, and bequests from our generous supporters. Donations are used to benefit programs for the men, women, and children in need served by human resource development institute (hrdi). Hrdf was formed in 1986 to address the needs hrdi clients that could not be met by the traditional funding sources. Federal, state, and local funding has a vital role to play, but it cannot always provide the client with the additional care or attention needed for him or her to take that next step, whether it be maintaining a drug-free lifestyle or becoming reintegrated into society after incarceration.
Programs: Support programs for the men, women, and children served by hrdi and provide the client with additional care or attention needed to take that next step, whether it be maintaining a drug-free lifestyle or becoming reintegrated into society after incarceration. Hrdf sponsors fundraising events, supports annual awards for community service, and is an ambassador that has been successful in introducing people to hrdi programs, clients, and goals.
