Mission: The mission of Honor Dance is to strengthen the lives of youth by increasing access to dance education. We provide tuition-free, community-based dance classes in a fun and positive environment with skilled instructors who are encouraging and aim to build self-confidence. We envision a world where every child who dreams of dancing has the opportunity to express themselves, regardless of their circumstances.
Results: Since 2022, Honor Dance has impacted the lives of over 1,000 PreK-8th grade students by providing tuition-free opportunities for youth to experience the joy of dance, regardless of their circumstances. Through inclusive, multi-week dance sessions, we inspire individuality, promote health and wellness, and build self-confidence in our students. Our instructors foster a fun, supportive, and safe environment where children can explore various dance styles and develop valuable skills, with modifications to accommodate students of all skill levels. By removing financial and logistical barriers to participation, Honor Dance creates a welcoming space where children can learn, grow, and express themselves, aiming to leave a lasting positive impact on their lives and the broader community. We believe dance is more than a physical activity—it is a powerful tool for encouraging creativity, collaboration, and self-expression.
