Mission: Entity was formed to provide and operate subsidized rental housing to low income people and households who formely resided in public housing owned by the housing authority of baltimore city (habc).
Programs: Operated 58 low-income public housing units in nonimpacted censustracts in baltimore city and its surrounding counties or otherbaltimore city neighborhoods as mutually agreed upon in accordancewith applicable public housing requirements. Currently owns 58public housing units with all 58 placed in service. Case management services provided to every household to help with supportive services.
