Causes: Centers to Support the Independence of Specific Populations, Human Services
Mission: Our mission is to increase awareness of the problems of people who are homeless and the development and carrying out of strategies to create permanent solutions to homelessness in our community.
Programs: Hand provided leadership to address homelessness. This was done by working with community partners to identify, coordinate, and implement strategies designed to create permanent solutions to homelessness in the detroit community. Hand also worked to promote partnerships and collaboration amongst community partners in order to have a greater impact on the issue of homelessness.
