Causes: Human Services, Seniors, Supportive Housing for Older Adults
Mission: The organization is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of elderly residents and day-program participants by providing a secure and caring environment, in a family setting, within the context of the larger community.
Programs: The organization provides (1) assisted care for residents requiring minimal assistance. Services include personal care, medication administration, nutritional care, socialization, 24-hour on call nursing care, housekeeping and laundry services; (2) intermediate and skilled nursing care. Services include 24-hour nursing care, medical supervision, assistance with activities of daily living, nutritional care, socialization, housekeeping and laundry services, physical/occupational/speech therapy, housekeeping and laundry services; and (3) adult day program for members of the community requiring a secure and caring environment in a medical model setting. Care days for 2017 are: assisted care - 3,310; intermediate and skilled nursing care - 33,961; and adult day program - 3,224.
