Causes: In-Home Assistance
Mission: To serve the expanding and evolving in-home needs of residents of northern nj by delivering a continuum of care for clients and families through the services of a highly trained caring and compassionate workforce.
Programs: Home health aides are trained and supervised caregivers who assist the ill, aged and disabled persons with household and personal care health-related services that are essential to the patient's well-being and provide services necessary to prevent or postpone institutionalization. In certain situations home health aides reduce the harmful effects of child abuse and neglect by providing certified home health aids in the home. The agency provides personal care to individuals in their own homes. Other programs include volunteer shoppers, a falls preventions program and care management services.
