Programs: Hhs was organized exclusively for the benefit of bswmc-hillcrest. Hhs is one of two corporate members of bswmc-hillcrest and is responsible for appointing 50% of the governing board of bswmc-hillcrest and for a number of reserved powers related to the operation and governance of bswmc-hillcrest. It also remains the sole corporate member of hillcrest health foundation, an entity established to raise and administer funds for the benefit of bswmc-hillcrest.
