Mission: Harmony & Healing artists deliver professional live musical performances in-person and via Zoom for patients and their loved ones wherever they may be in the world.
Harmony & Healing performances lift spirits and take patients’ and their caretakers minds off their challenges with music. Anyone who is invited, anywhere in the world can share in a Harmony & Healing “Virtual Visit”. We can even provide a recording of the event for posterity. Harmony & Healing is not formal “music therapy”, but rather a soulful, connective journey into the most pleasant memories and associations of patient’s lives. Music lowers stress levels, brings about positive associations, speeds healing, and brings happiness to patient’s lives and the lives of their loved ones. Patients and families are never charged for these services; we are entirely supported by corporate donations, private donations and planned giving.
Harmony & Healing was founded by former BOSTON guitarist and co-lead vocalist, David Victor. If you have a loved one or friend in need, schedule a Harmony & Healing Musical Visit today.
Results: Since our founding in 2019, thousands of patients have received our live professional musical visits via Zoom and in-person where circumstances permit. While COVID altered our format slightly, moving us primarily to Zoom, we have continued to provide in-person visits for facilities where permitted in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Target demographics: Hospice, hospital and rehab patients, families, loved ones and their caretakers
Direct beneficiaries per year: Over 250 patients in the San Francisco Bay Area
Geographic areas served: We work throughout the United States via Zoom, and in the San Francisco Bay Area and California for in-person visits
Programs: Live professional musical Zoom "visits" and in-person visits, where circumstances permit, primarily in hospice and rehab facilities.
I received a liver transplant in 2022. During recovery, a guitarist visited & played for a few minutes before moving on to the next stranger, It was so reassuring & comforting. The power of music cannot be over emphasized. To take someone’s mind off of the suffering for even a few minutes is a powerful thing..
Amazing musicians. They play a wide range of music. We’ve seen them several times. If you get the opportunity to see one of their shows, don’t miss out! Best thing is it’s helping people in need.
