Programs: Membership & audience development: the organization hosted 12 monthly membership meetings with average attendance of 130 persons. In addition, member events are promoted within network of attendees, flyers are distributed, and quarterly advertisement in local publications with member benefits, and eblast are sent as requested for events and performances

artist advancement: hosted 5 workshops and development seminars for artists and arts organizations with average attendance of 30 persons per session. 1)artist talk 2) panel discussion with dance professionals on dance and race. 3)panel discussion with theater professionals on theater and social justice. 4)workshop on the dance creative process. 5) workshop on funding application in partnership with lower manhattan cultural council 300+ attendees

showcase projects: sponsored 8 events with a combination of approximately 100 visual and performing artists and arts organizations.
