Mission: Our mission is to support the study and practice of Buddhism throughout the Greater Washington Metropolitan area following the tradition of His Holiness the Fourteenth Dalai Lama. We sponsor visiting masters and teachers in the lineage of Lama Tsong Khapa, the founder of the Gelugpa tradition and a teacher of the first Dalai Lama.
