Programs: Guadalupe senior village was organized on december 24, 1997 as an arizona non-stock, nonprofit corporation for the purpose of constructing and operating a rental housing project under section 202 of the national housing act. Such projects are regulated by the u. S. Department of housing and urban development as to rent charges and operating methods. The project consists of 22 units located in guadalupe, arizona and is currently operating under the name of guadalupe senior village.
