Mission: GAPINC is a homeless program in Phoenix, Arizona. And Phoenix as in the rest of The United States has a homeless problem. We want to stand in the gap and help these people to get back on their feet, with a job, and as a tax paying citizen. They can have their respect, and esteem and be good United States citizens. Through the seminars, workshops, and counseling that will help them.
