Causes: Community Recreational Centers, Sports
Mission: The gnd development alliance was organized to revitalize and transform the gnd recreation area. The project area is located adjacent to stowe elementary school and in the middle of the st. Louis river corridor in duluth, minnesota.
Programs: This year the gnd development alliance worked on remodeling the community center building. The improvements included installing a water line and fire hydrant, paining, remodeling the kitchen area and restrooms, upgrading the electrical system, installing new heating and cooling system, installing computers for staff and community use, a visual audio system, a public announcing system, residing the building and building patios and canopies.
