Mission: The gilbert & sullivan society of san jose / lyric theatre is a community based organization which serves the community by presenting family oriented light opera, conducts outreach programs, and offers development opportunities for those wanting to participate in entertainment.

we offers an outreach program as defined by our mission and provides a victorian caroling troupe in december. The outreach program consists of small groups of singers (3-15) that present vignette programs at parks, shopping malls, private homes, nursing homes, etc. The purpose of the program is primarily to entertain, but can also be a vehicle to increase our program services.
