Mission: To create and maintain mental health facilities and programs, including an acute care psychiatric hospital to serve the needs of the mentally ill, emotionally distrubed and maladjusted persons requiring inpatient, outpatient and rehabilitation services, treatment and care, regardless of race, creed, national origin or sex, including persons referred to or placed in such faciities or programs by courts or other public agencies.

Assist clients in transitioning from locked placements to community living.
