Causes: Developmentally Disabled Centers, Disabilities, Human Services
Mission: Full life is committed to providing assistance and support to people with developmental disabilities to enable them the opportunity to achieve and enjoy a higher quality of life.
Programs: Full lifes hawaii island wide programs directly served 67 individuals with developmental disabilities and their families this year in partnership with the state of hawaii under the medicaid waiver program. Full lifes 11 support staff teach daily living skills, provide meaningful community access, assure health and safety, and provide employment supports. Full life also operated an adult day program in west hawaii. Over 50 additional people with disabilities were served through participation in inclusive art festivals and the full life inclusive book club in kona.
