Programs: Our legal counsel reviews CEQA and HCCP/NCCP for legal compliance. We frequently comment and have a record of getting positive changes in mitigation requirements during the public review process. When necessary, we have filed litigation. Our only current lawsuit is against Sacramento City and Sacramento LAFCo for improper approval of the Greenbriar project without adequate habitat mitigation. Greenbriar is in the Natomas Basin, Sacramento County.
