I lived in a neighborhood which stray cats ran around in abundance. The stray cat population definitely out numbered the human life count in that area. Thanks to friends of felines, we were able to reduce the stray population by at least 50% over a span of 3-4 months. They assisted in safely capturing as many strays as we could, they provided free spay and neutering and then brought them back to their known habitat. Thus helping to eliminate their repopulation in that neighborhood. Thanks Friends or Felines!
