Programs: The foundation is organized as a pa not-for-proft corporation and as a public charity by virtue of acting as a supporting organization for the american oncologic hospital and the institute for cancer research. Following the transfer of fccc assets to aoh/icr, all of fccc's remaining assets (all permanently restricted) are preserved, maintained, and utilized for the purposes of the foundation as set forth in its articles of incorporation [] and, where applicable, in accordance with the specific purposes and uses to which the funds are dedicated and the specific limitations and restrictions, if any, imposed on the use of the funds. The foundation uses its "commercially reasonable best efforts" to provide support to aoh and the institute to meet each entity's needs. These funds or property are invested for total return and the income from such fund or other property means a percentage of the value of such fund or other property is transfered to aoh/icr for spending in accordance with the designation of the fund.
