Programs: Parent information and referral services responded to educational service questions from nearly 4,300 families, while connecting with another 31,700 families at resource fairs across the state; volunteers logged over 2,000 hours in our call center; presented training workshops to 5,000 families and professionals; partnered with approximately 150 school districts through massachusetts special education parent advisory committees; provided education, advocacy, and networking for more than 900 at our annual conference; trained over 300 volunteers to be special education surrogate parents; distributed a quarterly newsletter to more than 35,000 parents and professionals; and maintained website which received more than 1,500 daily visits.
