Mission: To end hiv in sonoma county, while supporting the health and well-being of people living with hiv/aids
Programs: Provided assistance with housing, support services, and case management for people with aids/hiv. In collaboration with a local health center, provided motel/hotel accomodation during winter 2017 to over 60 homeless people with aids/hiv. Face to face also provided health education to the community on aids/hiv and its prevention and offered free annonymous hiv/aids and hepatitis b testing on a daily basis.
