Eyerly-Ball Community Mental Health Services

Programs: Eyerly ball is a non-profit organization that provides mental health services to individuals in polk, dallas, warren, story, and boone counties. The work of eyerly ball is critical to the health and welfare of our community. We are working to improve the lives and well-being of over five thousand individuals whose lives touch many families and children in our community. Many of the individuals seen by our organization are experiencing a significant mental health challenge that disrupts their lives and triggers problems of living with their families or environment. The primary objective of eyerly ball is to respond to crises and move individuals and their families towards stabilization, productivity and personal independence. Continued on schedule oeyerly ball has several different programs which provide mental health treatment. Due to the dynamic nature of mental illness, each program is specifically designed to successfully treat clients on an individual basis. These programs include; intensive psychiatric rehabilitation (ipr), the integrates services project (isp), jail diversion (jd), mobile crisis (mcrt), mobile outreach mental health (momh), the program for assertive community treatment (pact), service coordination (sc), supported community living (scl), senior outreach counseling (soc) and targeted case management (tcm). Eyerly ball also has a clinical location and two residential facilities for our clients to access. The clinical facility provides outpatient psychiatric services, individual psycho-therapy, family therapy, group therapy, medication evaluations, medication management, community consultation and education, and co-occurring disorder services (mental health diagnosis with substance abuse issues). The clinical facility is also able to provide clients with injections as well as lab testing. Eyerly ball's clinic is an essential tool to ensuring the success of our company. The clinic provides services which allow our company to ensure that our clients are getting successful and appropriate mental, physical, and psychological treatment.
