Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Child Abuse Prevention, Crime & Law, Domestic Violence
Mission: To reduce the incidence and impact of child victimization through public awareness, education and prevention programs, parent support services and programs for volunteerism and community involvement.
Programs: For over 30 years, echo has provided a unique and safe platform for and adults to learn how to prevent, react, identify, report and begin to recover from child abuse. Echo has empowered and educated over 6500 children and 300 adults within the metro louisville community and surrounding areas. In total, echo has educated and empowered over 8000 children and families through presentations and community events, over 1500 hours of dedicated volunteer service and has over 30 partners locally and nationally.
