Mission: ELM, was officially founded and licensed as a 501(C)(3) in 1998 after serving the faith based community for some 20+ years. Over the years became clear that if we were to meet the needs of the community effectively we would need to reach each person and family where they were, one on one, in the streets. Along with providing basic faith based teaching from the Bible, our ministry's primary focus has been to feed, train, equip and house families and persons in need.
