Mission: The mission of the Eugene Bowman Economic Empowerment center is to inspire, enlighten, and motivate at-risk youth to stay in school, establish employment/career and community participation goals, and to enhance internal strengths and resilience of youth in high-risk environments. We currently have 10 volunteers on staff. And we have seen measurable success with our programs.
