Causes: Developmentally Disabled Centers, Disabilities, Human Services
Mission: Endeavors unlimited, inc. Is dedicated to supporting, training, and employing adults with disabilites. It is part of the family endeavors' continuum that provides supportive housing, case management, life skills training, and suportive employment opportunities for adults with disabilities so that they can achieve a life full of stability, successes, and self-sufficiency.
Programs: The program provides supported employment for significantly disabled individuals. In the year 2014 126 individuals were served. The programs are:custodial: employees provide customized cleaning services that include general cleaning, dusting, window washing, carpet cleaning, day porter, stripping/waxing floors,and power washing to well over 3,000,000 square feet a year. Grounds: services include exterior landscape maintenance, mulch, seasonal flower rotations, integrated pest management, weed control and fertilization, irrigation maintenance and repair, tree care and removal, and turf refurbishment. Warehouse & supply line management: employees receive, store, package, and ship customer products each month. The order fulfillment process ranges from packing boxes to multi-step processes that include gluing, building boxes, labeling, laser bar-coding, scaling, and shrink-wrapping. Large-scale debris cleaning: commercial debris removal service that clears large construction sites on new residential homes.
