Provide legal advice to over 3,500 clients including applications for residency, daca, asylum, work permit, naturalization, family petitions, finger printing,tps, uvisa and other legal services. This is the refugee rights program (rrp).
haiti emergency relief fund (herf) - provided support to 2,000 university students unifa. Continuing to support haiti radio station with national coverage. Support of the aristide foundation by funding its mobile schools projects. This project has given employment to 102 high school and college graduates who serve as teachers and also helped build shelters in four refugee camps. Continuing helping 1,000+ victims of natural disasters, providing support for the confederation of haitian workers. Provided funds for micro-credit and other cooperative, small business ventures especially involving food production and processing of locally grown crops for local consumption.
haiti rural education project (hep)provides funds to support rural schools in haiti. The primary needs are for teachers', directors' and custodian salaries, school supplies, and construction of latrines and permanent buildings.
