Mission: To receive, hold, invest and administer property and to make expenditures to support programs and activities designed to advance, promote or otherwise benefit east baton rouge 4-h programs.
Programs: Various shows, clinics, demonstrations, parades, fairs, etc. Were held in which 4-h members participated for educational purposes.
