Programs: We researched, wrote and promoted a paper, published in the journal "anthrozoos", exploring why, with the one exception of homeless pets in the u. S. , the situation for nonhuman anumals is deteriorating in every sphere. We expanded on this paper on the organization's website and in various other publications.
we developed the educational and public outreach for a campaign to begin freeing great apes, elephants and cetaceans from captivity. This campaign reached millions of people worldwide and complemented lega suits of the nonhuman rights project in seeking the first-ever writs of "habeas corpus" on behalf of chimps.
we supported and promoted the work of numerious humane organizations, either directly producing their educational and fundraising materials (e. G. For delaware county spca, pa and the kimmela center) or by promoting causes related to their work on our website and in the public media.
