through december 5, 2016, the corporation operated an apartment complex consisting of 25 rental units in point reyes station, california, under section 202 of the national housing act, for elderly and handicapped persons. The project was regulated by hud as to rent charges and operating methods. On december 6, 2016, the apartment complex was sold by means of an installment sale to a limited partnership that will rehabilitate the building for continued use as a low-income housing project.
