Mission: The company solicits, receives, and administers funds exclusively for charitable purposes that include lessening the burdens of government by funding and implementing public improvement in downtown detroit.
Programs: Clean downtown - the project aims to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for downtown detroit by providing daily cleanup in the area within the downtown freeway system and neighboring districts. Uniformed goodwill industries workers sweep streets and power-wash sidewalks, clear trash, and remove graffiti to keep the city clean and inviting.
detroit experience factory (dxf) - originally a program under the former d:hive program, dxf provides experiences through interactive tours and innovative resources to help newcomers and locals alike get more connected to the people, places, and projects in detroit. Dxf also operates and maintains detroit's community-based welcome center.
build institute - originally a program under the former d:hive program, build is a network of grassroots programs that assist aspiring entrepreneurs in turning their project or business idea into reality by providing the necessary tools, education, and support network and offering networking events, mentorship opportunities, and connections to resources to get started.
