Causes: Down Syndrome, Health
Mission: Dsanv's mission is to ensure that all individuals with down syndrome and their families receive the support necessary to participate in, contribute to and achieve fulfillment of life in their community.
Programs: Networking and education - provides community events for individuals with down syndrome and their families to interact and learn. Activities include helping hands, special olympics banquet, spring party, summer picnic, volunteer dinner, holiday events and other social outreach programs.
advocacy - through newsletters, workshops, and meetings, dsanv educates the public about the capabilities and contributions of individuals with down syndrome.
