Mission: Dogs with a Mission was founded in 1999 with the purpose to provide highly skilled dogs to the physically challenged. We train Service and Hearing Dogs to assist people who are mobility impaired, hearing impaired or deaf. We use pure bred dogs as well as shelter/rescue dogs. Dogs with a Mission follows a simple philosophy - dogs can excel when they have purpose and love. In the security of a home base, dogs learn their skills without force or coercion. And clients learn to work with them, respecting and loving them while relying on their special contributions to the household and to their own lives.
