Rude to fosters and rude to potentially adopters. Took 3 months to even approve an application. Actual excerpts from an email application processor sent adopter:
"I am sorry that you feel this is taking longer than it should. Maybe you need to consider that things don't happen at a drop of a hat in a small rescue organization. If you want prompt attention, then maybe you need to go to a humane society."
"Not every waking second is spent waiting on you. There are probably 15 other applications that are in the process of being worked on besides yours! They are worked on in the order they are received unless the dog is listed as urgent at CACC then they get moved to the front of the line. The background check process is lengthy since we like to cover our bases to provide the best homes for our foster and adoptive dogs.
I should not even have to be justifying myself or the process to you. Besides the fact that you did not fill out the application correctly. If all the information was received from the get go, we would not be in the situation."
