Mission: Acca's mission is to provide support to organizations on and around aberdeen proving ground as they conduct events celebrating the centennial anniversary and continuation of informational programs regarding the history of aberdeen proving ground.
Programs: To erect a monument honoring the apg civilian, military and contract workers who died in the conduct of their missions from 1917-2017.
acca's long term goal is to create a permanent apg technology, heritage and education center (apg thec).
