Mission: Digital Partners seeks to jumpstart initiatives of visionary poverty-alleviation organizations and social entrepreneurs who are inspired by the potential of Information Communication Technology (ICT) and market mechanisms to serve disadvantaged communities. Preferred projects demonstrate customized uses of ICT, are market-based and readily scalable or replicable. Areas of particular interest are economic empowerment of women and youth, global education, healthcare, microenterprise, e-commerce and e-governance.
