The unilateral decision to HAND BANDS on Guest/Members is unwarranted for.
There is a civilized way to prevent malpractice by members/guests and also by organizers.
Issue serially numbered entry pass with the advise that same shall be used to get Dinner, present the entry pass in exchange of DISH.
As the entry passes are serially numbered it will prevent unauthorized issue of passes by any organizer.
The membership shall be taken into confidence in this kind of intimidating measures.
