VCD is such a unique and compassionate group! They do so much for the community and have such great experiences while they are at it!
I came across this nonprofit a year or so ago and I have to say, they have done so much work for the community. Fundraising for worthy causes such as The Children’s Advocacy Center and PAWS. Not to mention the Suicide Prevention campaign they do every year.
I had an amazing time at their last fundraiser ball. The organizers were so great and the event was very well thought out!
Their charity work stands alone, but what has mattered most to me has been their work bringing light to those suffering from suicidal thoughts. That I am not alone, and it's worth it to keep pushing ahead.
The Vampire Court of Dallas is such an amazing group! They bring together people who are passionate about everything vampire-related. Their events are so much fun, and they really make you feel like you belong. It's incredible how dedicated they are to helping the community. It warms my heart to see a group that not only embraces their unique interests but also gives back to others. I applaud the Vampire Court of Dallas for creating such a friendly and charitable vampire culture!
I personally know the beautifully kind woman who runs this organization, as well as some of its amazing members. She’s intelligent, passionate, empathetic, fearless, and above all she is always there for the vulnerable. Beautiful organization!
Vampires gathering masses to donate the profit for people in need?
A “Must See” experience!
Not only they contribute to the Dallas Dark Scene but also help people.
Money, Toys, Events, Dance, Laugh you name it!
Just ask for their last event: Bleeding Hearts Ball: The Changeling Masquerade.
The VCD has been nothing short of extravagant! They have always been so kind and caring. They really strive to pour their hearts, time, and dedication into their craft and goals. Upon first glance of the name, people can be taken aback. But honestly, I'd work with them ten times over for how truly magnificent they are!
This nonprofit is fun , interesting and genuinely cares about its causes. Its rare to find a organization that doesn't look out for its own pockets first. I am at awe of the productions they do for the benefits of others.
Vampire Court of Dallas is gaining a reputation for throwing really fun events in the DFW Metroplex. As an organization they are serious about being inclusive. Their goal is to write big checks to charities. I have been both a volunteer and an attendee at several of their events now. What I appreciate most is they choose a different charity for each event. And they do their best to stay Politics Neutral in both their message and giving. I highly recommend checking out one of their events!
Had a memorable and enjoyable night at the fundraising event, Bleeding Hearts Ball, held by VCD. The entertainers were amazing. The flamenco dancers were spectacular. All in all, I would go again... in a heartbeat.
Full of great people helping out the community, doing great things while also being snazzy as all get out. The fact that they recently got recognized at a federal level speaks volumes for how much work they've done.
Consistently puts on unique events that don't just raise money for causes, but bring more eyes to them. The events are also really well run.
They also strive for absolute transparency which is always refreshing to see from a nonprofit.
Vampire Court of Dallas is a fantastic organization and they support some wonderful causes! I have attended multiple events run by them and have always felt safe and welcome.
I love coming out to volunteer with the VCD or to just attend events. It's always such a fun time and I enjoy being able to help out when and where I can. The causes they work with are great and I love the community they have built. Every time I come out I have a fantastic time and see some fantastic people, and I hope to keep doing that for a long time.
The Vampire Court of Dallas is a wonderful organization. They promote diversity and help many in the Dallas community.
This is a great organization that provides a means to bridge the gap between funders and other charities. Their work has helped bring awareness and funding to many smaller charities as well as brought together the community for great causes.
The VCD is an outstanding organization, committed to improving our community and setting an example with transparent funding and leadership. I am honored to be able to call myself a volunteer with this worthy cause.
I have been to 2 of their events, 1 to go, 1 to volunteer, and both times I have felt welcomed and safe. They are supporting amazing causes and I hope to be able to support them in the future.
We are so grateful to the Vampire Court of Dallas. They are one of the major contributors to our toy drive during the holidays, and they usually cut us a check with any extra money. They've also proven to be a wonderful community partner and we are very thankful for their help.
For almost seven years now, this Court has been willing to eschew the stereotypes seen in the rest of the vampire community and has put charity work before ego, having raised over twenty thousand for local non-profit charities. I only joined because a mutual friend told me that this organization was legitimately about charity work being first and foremost, and that has been their guiding principle, even as they transitioned between leadership teams.
